Photo Review: Seaside Minaret in Jaffa

A quiet walking trail reveals a seaside minaret peeking out from behind the pine trees in Jaffa, Israel, just a beach walk away from the modern city of Tel Aviv. Jaffa is one of the oldest port cities in the world, having been in existence over 7,000 years BCE. Those staying in Tel Aviv can leisurely walk down the beach to Jaffa, and climb the hill via the groomed walking trails which provide lookout points, rest benches and numerous photo opportunities. The old town area is picturesque and includes various additional photo opportunities in its own right.
